Monica Roberts' knowledge of the area, the contract process, pricing, handling open houses, and attention to detail were all huge benefits for us. While we hope to not move again for a long time, if ever, we had such a positive experience with Monica Roberts that we will endorse her without reservation to all our friends and family. While the home buying/selling process is extraordinarily stressful, Monica Roberts made it almost pleasant with the way she helped us navigate all the unfamiliar things we needed to do. We didn't deal with many other staff. However, there was one house we looked at and Monica was out of town. I don't recall the agent's name who substituted for her, but she also did an excellent job. No complaints.”
