“If you are in the market to buy or sell a home you need to call Tom Sturm. He will handle everything professionally and you can set your mind at ease due to his extreme honesty and trustworthiness. When you hire Tom you are in good hands, so when he makes a suggestion, LISTEN TO HIM. He knows what he’s talking about and that’s why you hired him. Our house hit the market at 3pm on a weekday. By 9 o’clock that night I was holding 3 offers all over list price. Why? Not because my house was particularly fabulous, but because we listened and executed Tom’s plan for the sale of our home to the letter. He’s the best.”
